Students are coming into class each day and quietly beginning with their Organized Binders. By the second week students are writing in complete sentences without reminders and I have had absolutely no problems with students losing papers! Students enjoy looking at their accumulated work and the progress they are making on their Table of Contents. Additionally, students are already excited for their parents to see their Organized Binder at parent conferences. I love watching students counting up their points and self-assess the work that is in their binder.
